Mounted to your Bow
 

When stalking, tracking or hunting quick moving game, the bow mount is highly recommended. You are able to follow your game as the animal approaches, you can take your camera with you as the animal moves, and you can zero in on your shot as it presents itself. When you release there will inevitably be some vibration. The more you practice, the less vibration there is.

Mounted to your Tree
 
When hunting from a tree stand this is your best mount. Tree mounted video allows for steady footage without vibration. When the animal’s travel pattern is relatively predictable, the tree mount produces the clearest, steadiest footage. When you release, the animal will likely run out of view. Be prepared for that, and don’t zoom in to close. Always allow room for an unexpected travel route.

By using the BowcamTreecam crossbow/gun adaptor you have the option of mounting your video camera over the scope or under the crossbow. Everyone has their own preference of mounting location, but both locations work great.

The BowcamTreecam crossbow/gun adaptor also gives you the option of mounting your video camera to your gun. Like with the crossbow, everyone has their own preference of mounting location, but both locations work great on any long gun.

Mounted to your Groundblind
 

When hunting from a groundblind, the groundblind clamp is required. This universal clamp will allow you to mount your bowcamtreecam to your blind. Many ground blind hunters do not like to have tripods that they can knock over and add to the confusion of tight quarters. Mounting your groundblind clamp to the frame of your groundblind is as easy as using a paperclip. The footage comes out steady without vibration.

The Scent Tube
 
The main body of BowcamTreecam is stainless steel. The airtight scent tube was designed to get you up close and personal with your game. Every hunter uses a rope to hoist up their gear into a tree. Being able to use a rope that is impregnated with your favorite scent is priceless. Imagine having twenty feet of your favorite scent hanging below you, covering up your scent and attracting your game. This is the best secondary feature of any product in the hunting industry today. Many of our twenty prostaff hunters have used the scent tube with outstanding success.

The Riser Extension
 
For a few bows, there are two extensions that can be used to aid in the mounting of BowcamTreecam. The riser on the rare bows requires a riser extension to be used. This extends the female threaded hole out away from the bow to overcome the horizontal riser issue.

If you are using a tall camera, the drop-down extension can be used to allow for increased room for arrow clearance.
